NFC East Prediction

For a stretch of years I have been picking the Eagles to win the NFC East. Is it blind loyalty or is it the fact that the Eagles have been playing the role of the top dog in the division for almost as long as Andy Reid has been in town? Call me a homer but the fact is the Eagles have been the best team year in and year out every year in the NFC East, even the disastrous post Super Bowl year they probably had the best talent top to bottom but injuries (and personal conflicts) derailed that season form the start. This year will be no different.

Major League Lacrosse 2007 Season Preview

by: Kyle Benson

For those of you unfamiliar with the MLL (Major League Lacrosse), it is the premier outdoor lacrosse league in the US. It started in 2001 by founder Jake Steinfeld, owner of Body by Jake. The league currently has 2 conferences (Eastern and Western) with 10 teams. In the Eastern Conference the teams are the Boston Cannons, Long Island Lizards, New Jersey Pride, Philadelphia Barrage (defending 2006 Steinfeld Cup Champion), Rochester Rattlers, and the Washinton Bayhawks. The Western Conference Teams are the Denver Outlaws, Chicago Machine, San Francisco Dragons, and the Los Angeles Riptide. There are 12 games in a season. Now that you have a little knowledge about the MLL, here is my 2007 season preview.

The 2007 Hangover of the Boston Bruins

by: Kyle Benson

There is question in Boston Bruins fans’ minds right now, “Have the Bruins recovered from their New Years hangovers?” They have lost their first 2 games since the New Year began, both against the Toronto Maples Leafs, and lost the second game against the Leafs 10-2. It seems like the only thing coach Dave Lewis has done right in the past 2 games was not letting the Bruins players talk to the press after the horrid 10-2 loss. In this article, I will break down what the Bruins have to do to make 2007 a successful year.
