NFL Picks Week 11 (Against the Spread)

According to Tokar’s spreadsheet I’m only doing worse than one of the experts, so I figured I’d help all you gamblers out and post my picks this week.  The thing is, I don’t really make my picks in any logical fashion.  I don’t analyze a game for any substantial period of time.  I just look at the match up, and pick whatever team I think will win, often for no particular reason.  If I do for some reason decide that I made a bad pick between the time the game starts and when I made the picks, I don’t let myself change it.  Trust your instincts indeed.  If you want to know why I picked team A over team B ask in the comments section.  Just be warned that there isn’t always a concrete answer.  I always pick the Steelers no matter what.  There’s no way I’m rooting against them for any reason.  The first six picks listed below are the ones I’m most sure of, in no particular order.

Atlanta (-3.0) over DETROIT
Denver (-2.5) over DALLAS
San Diego (-3.0) over WASHINGTON
New York Giants (+4.5) over SEATTLE
St. Louis (-4.0) over HOUSTON
TAMPA BAY (-3.0) over Chicago
New England (+3.0) over KANSAS CITY
MINNESOTA (-4.5) over Cleveland
Carolina (-4.0) over BUFFALO
Baltimore (+9.0) over CINCINNATI
San Francisco (+7.5) over TENNESSEE
OAKLAND (-7.0) over Miami
ARIZONA (+3.0) over Jacksonville
PHILADELPHIA (-4.5) over Green Bay
NEW YORK JETS (+1.5) over New Orleans
Pittsburgh (+7.5) over INDIANAPOLIS
