Only two more weeks of the NFL season and some of you are more worried about your fantasy football championships than the jockeying for playoff position in the NFL this weekend, mostly on Saturday. Thankfully, some fraud teams will be out of the playoff picture after this weekend and we don’t have to worry about whether they will be this year’s (insert any playoff team from any sport that got hot and made a big playoff run in years past here).

We’re headed into the home stretch and despite lots of games with playoff implications, week 15 features very few important games (except for your fantasy team of course). Oh I how love Thanksgiving. We used to get one good game and the Detroit Lions. Now the Lions are in the marquee matchup of the day, the Cowboys are always fun to watch/root against, and the extra NFL Network game is also an intriguing showdown.
Hey did you guys know Jim and John Harbaugh are brothers? Funny how the media hasn’t touched upon this angle yet. It is one of our featured games though because it’s a matchup of division leaders. The other featured games are Packers at Lions, Broncos at Chargers, and Patriots at Eagles.

We’re halfway through the NFL season and it’s actually getting harder to pick the games. Outside of the Packers (I just jinxed them), are there any great teams / sure things in the NFL this year? The Sunday night battle between the Steelers and the Ravens should answer a lot of questions in that regard. But in the NFC, the Niners might clinch their division before thanksgiving and nobody really knows it they are a legitimate contender. Meanwhile the NFC South is up for grabs and the Lions are the best wildcard team. Madness.

Not a very good week last week for some of us but we’ll rebound this week. (Everyone who picked Jacksonville to win the game, raise your hand.) There are some intriguing matchups this week but the last two games on Sunday, Patriots/Steelers and Cowboys/Eagles are the big draws.
