NFC East Preview: The Honest Truth And Serious Predictions

As the T.O show continues; so do training camps and the rise of the “other” teams in the NFC East.    The NFC East is quietly getting better as the Eagles get worse. With Terrell Owens the talk of the east, all of the “other” teams will try and prosper in the battle of “Terrell Owens vs. Himself.”

The New York Giants look to be well on their way offensively as Eli Manning now looks comfortable as the Giants undisputed starter. Big Blues defense looks solid as all players are back from injuries suffered last season.

But, those so-called d-backs of the future are seemingly going back in time, as Allen and Peterson still couldn’t intercept a pass if it was Fed Ex’d to them and covered in crazy glue. I mean come on do they really need an invitation to grab someone else’s balls? Well, maybe they do; just wondering.

The Washington Redskins are about as good as “Gigli” was bad. As Joe Gibbs struggles to learn the concept of football that isn’t being played during the Reagan Administration, he and the rest of the Redskins will eek their way through the season as Joe takes another class in modern age football. By the way did I mention that the Redskins are not going to be in the playoffs? Ok, well they’re not.

As for the “Chicken of the Sea”, the “Tuna” and the boys look to start off on the right fin this season as they come back this year from a disappointing 2004 campaign.

Bill opens up a can of worms to go fishing with this season as he tests out his new defensive scheme. Look for those cowboys to make a splash this year as they hop on their horse and jump into the sea with the tuna. (In other words, don’t expect much)

And finally we come to the Eagles with the side-show known as T.O (Totally Obscene). Randy Moss may have complete talent and do dope, but at least he’s not like T.O who has talent and is a complete dope. The guy is definitely a great athlete, but is one who has a history of being….well, definitely being a great inventor. I think he’s the guy who invented that game; oh what was it…. Oh yeah “Distraction!”

If Terrell Owens was half the man McNabb is, he would at least apologize for being ……….well, “Himself.”

The Philadelphia Eagles are a complete joke and if anyone takes them seriously this year then they are pretty much just taking part in the show. If you’re dumb enough to think that the Eagles will be in the NFC Championship game this year, then you’re rocking in the wrong boat, and that boat should sink.

Well, thanks for your time. I’ll be back again with more, next time from the NFC West! Check Back Soon.

The Nitty Gritty: (How They’ll Do)

1.Philadelphia Eagles: 10-6 Division Winner
2.New York Giants: 10-6 Wildcard
3.Dallas Cowboys: 9-7 No Playoffs
4.Washington Redskins: 7-9 No Playoffs

-The Eagles might not get out of 1stRnd of Playoffs
-The Giants won’t get out of 1stRnd of Playoffs
-Skins will suffer in the turnover Dept.
-Cowboys will make a valiant effort, but come up short

ur insane it was well written, but it was all bullshit.
You have to be retarded to put the giants 10 and 6 next to the eagles.

Why won’t people put predictions all in one place instead of doing them division by division???? Is it just so they can have more articles put up? Seriously, I voted for you because your article was well written and b/c you didn’t have the Eagles coasting to a division crown. I, personally, hate the Eagles and hope they screw up everything this year. I guess I’ll root for the Skins b/c they were my old local team and I just can’t bear to watch the Giants and Cowboys do well.

I think you used spell check….. But you ignored all the corrections on semicolon use.

“With Terrell Owens the talk of the east; all of the “other” teams will try and prosper in the battle of “Terrell Owens vs. Himself.””

Should be a comma after “of the east” instead of a semi-colon.

“As Joe Gibbs struggles to learn the concept of football that isn’t being played during the Reagan Administration; he and the rest of the Redskins will eek their way through the season as Joe takes another class in modern age football.”

Semicolon after “Reagan Administration” should be a comma.

“As for the “Chicken of the Sea”; the “Tuna” and the boys look to start off on the right fin this season as they come back this year from a disappointing 2004 campaign.”

Comma after “Chicken of the Sea”.

“(In other words; don’t expect much)”

Comma after “other words” instead of semicolon.

“If Terrell Owens was half the man McNabb is; he would at least apologize for being ……….well, “Himself.”

After “McNabb is” you need a comma.

“If you’re dumb enough to think that the Eagles will be in the NFC Championship game this year; then you’re rocking in the wrong boat, and that boat should sink.”

Yet again, please put a comma after “this year” instead of a semicolon. If spellcheck keeps picking this up (as it does), then it is wrong. Only one of the comments spellcheck gave me about this article was wrong. Spellcheck is wrong sometimes, but when it is telling you that almost every semicolon is incorrect, I think you should listen.

“I’ll be back again with more; next time from the NFC West!”

You know the drill by now.

It is a good article and I believe that you did spellcheck this time, but you did not listen to all of its corrections. You should look up semicolon rules online or buy a book and read about it. Semicolons are very tricky to understand.

I think you are insane. Every year we hear “The NFC East is quietly getting better as the Eagles get worse”

BLAH BLAH BLAH.

How did the Eagles get worse? They have every single starter back. Pinkston is awful and is now out.

LJ Smith – Healthy
TO – Playing
Simon – Will be back

This team is a dynasty in the NFC EAST. No team can even come close to them.

What in the world do the GIANTS have on defense? Nothing. You don’t win without a defense.

Come on people.

good lord the giants will be no where near 10-6 and i’d be shocked if they finish better than .500.  Cowboys pick up the wild card here, sorry.  And as much as I hate to say it, only giving Philly 10 wins is ignorant.  Damn TO and those piece of shit Eagles.

Oh don’t worry tays The Giants will be well over .500 and will beat the ‘boys out for the wild card this year. Maybe even the division because I really don’t think much of the eagles this year.

Big Philly just a bit of homerism here. Do you really trust in T.O to do anything for you this season?
