Thank you for mentioning that NCAA basketball is a lot better than NBA. Don't even get me started on the NBA because it just gets me so pissed off. College basketball is so much better and exciting than NBA especially since Michael left. Basketball if my favorite sport and I can't stand to see it get massacred in the NBA. I also thank you for mention the even more idiotic dress code of the NFL. Who cares if there is more black on the sock than white? I know I don't. Lastly, somebody will show their true Heisman form in Pasadena and that will be Vince Young who will also be holding up the glass football.

Gimme college hoops any day of the week over the NBA. It's telling that 45 million people watched all or part of the Illinois-North Carolina game while the NBA Finals struggled to get a 15 rating.

If you want more info on Epstein quitting, read Bill Simmons article on it at ESPN.COM.

How do you go from saying Roger Clemens should have easily won the Cy Young to saying he should retire? The way I see it, I don't care if I'm 89 years old, if my ERA was 1.89, I would come back and pitch another year. The better argument is that Clemens should retire to help the Astros with their payroll. Did you know that Clemens accounts for 25% of Houston's payroll? It sure would have been nice to have Jeff Kent hitting behind Lance Berkman in the World Series, but thanks to Clemens 18 million dollar salary last season, they couldn't afford him. As far as what's wrong with the Astros, you may recall that they made the World Series, so as an Astros fan I must pull a Drew Rosenhaus here and say "Next Question."

good point, i contradicted myself a little. I guess I was trying to point out that 1) Clemens SHOULD have won the Cy Young this year, and 2) Regardless of that, he should retire now. Both for himself and the Astros' payroll.
