Your article was good, very well-written, and made much sense. You made some interesting points that I agreed with.

I'm basically just being anal when I say that you forget to mention the best CURRENT basketball walking the face of the earth. Kobe "Mr. 81" Bryant. He has the best mid-range jumper in the league.

Also, you made a great point about the players playing better when its a contract year for them. But you forgot to mention Kwame Brown and Darko Milicic. Two of the biggest busts in the world of sports. Kwame got a big payday from the Lakers after a decent year, and after the decent year that Darko just had, some team will throw double digit millions at him too.

I thought about writing about Kobe and T-Mac and their midrange post games, but they are already superstars. Williams and Deng are young, up and coming stars who use the midrange shot to get themselves going. There were some more contractual issues I could have wrote about but I didn't think about those guys. Thanks for the ideas and for reading it.
