Bibby hasn't really fallen off, he's still great, it's just that Sacramento played so bad and having Artest there for a whole year last season just made Bibby seem like he dropped off. I'm a huge Bibby fan though, I would love to seem play good next year, he just needs Artest off the team, Artest makes everyone around him look bad.
