Rodgers, part 2 (#2)

It also needs to be said that Brett Favre has not appeared overly willing to help tutor Rodgers and assist in his development.  I've always liked Favre, but I don't blame the Packers for addressing future needs in the draft instead of buckling to Favre's demands.  Plus, I don't blame anybody for keeping Randy Moss out of their locker room.  He's a shaky proposition in New England, but you insert him into a mediocre team and you are guaranteeing trouble.

I actually agree with both of these comments. Rodgers is unproven, so it is quck to jump the gun and say he can't ever be good. However, I personally think he just isn't a special player. He's a "going through the motions" type of guy. And I've met him in person. He doesn't exhibit the confidence or maturity needed to lead a team, much less a poor team, in the NFL.

As for Favre, his bad attitude begins and ends with the management and their clear disregard for him and this team. They had the last three drafts to build. I get why Favre is upset. what are they building for, 2020? So, really, it's a horse a piece.

I appreciate the comments and suggestions, and for those who voted the story to be posted, thank you.
