Nice article.  I disagree with you though on Aaron Rodgers not being ready.  If I was the Packer GM I would have cut ties with Favre before last season started and gone with Rodgers.  He gets no better sitting on the bench.  They are hindering his development and the team's by not starting him.  Remember he was in the same draft class as Alex Smith and Smith is beginning to come into his own.
