I wonder if there is any extra motivation for these two men. The winner will be the first black coach to ever WIN a Super Bowl, a distinction that will no doubt be remembered forever in football history. When I say "Doug Williams", what do you think of? First black quarterback to win the Super Bowl. The winner will be remembered as a pioneer for African-Americans, and the loser will always shudder whenever someone mentions the first black Super Bowl champion head coach.

When I think of Doug Williams, I think about the idiot who asked him "so how long have you been a black quarterback?". I can't wait till someone asks the same of Smith or Dungy.
