Ohio State gets no respect on this site.  Just wait.

Buckeyes (#2)

I may have been harsh.  However I just can't see them getting to the Final Four.  They are too young.  I'm hoping that the sting of not getting there spurs Oden, Cook and Conley to all stay in school for another year together.

Ohio State... (#3)

may be slightly overrated, but they are clearly the number two team in the Big Ten.  Also, betting on Bob Knight in the tourney instead of Pawlus, McRoberts and (most importantly) Krzyzewski?  Knight, depite winning the three national championships, has had very little success in the tourney in recent memory (by which I mean since '92, the last time a Knight team made it to the final four).  Duke is always tough during Tourney Time, which is more than anyone can say for the Red Raiders.

Duke (#4)

I really don't think Duke has the horses this year.  If Coach K gets them past the Sweet 16, it will truly be an achievement.  Pawlus and McRoberts have had extremely underwhelming college careers.  I think even Duke fans would tell you they expected a lot more out of those two.  Especially Pawlus.  If I were him I would consider restarting my football career and trying out for the team.

Texas Tech made a Sweet 16 in the last two years.  This is Bobby's best team in a long time.  Don't be surprised if the old man gets them to the Elite Eight.  I've watched them four times this year and they are very, very good.

Before Indiana lost last night, they were really looking like a team that was coming together.  I wouldn't be surprised if they are in the finals of the Big 10 tourney against Wisconsin.
