It would be an incredible cash cow, especially if you did at the right times.  You either go on weekdays in early February right after the Super Bowl, but before March Madness kicks in.  The World Series of Beirut could be like a March Madness pre-party.  

Or you go in July.  There's nothing happening in July other than baseball.  I would be a World Series of Beirut would actually trump regular season baseball in the ratings.
