If they started bidding wars for prep players, they would have an excuse to jack it up even more.

It does suck when universities make 10's of millions of dollars off their athletes who get suspended for having a coach buy them a pizza, but the good players -- the ones who make all that money for the colleges -- will get their payday.

Education? A former teacher I had once had a class at Pitt with a player who went on to be an NFL star. He showed up on the first day and the last day for the final. He passed.

Oh, and Penn State BLOWS!!!
