I realize that you weren't completely serious about firing Coughlin but I agree it was a terrible mistake.  (By the way they were in the lead for a wildcard spot.. not way they catch the Eagles, even with Peyton at QB.)  You have a team that could do some damage in the playoffs because right now it looks like a 8-8 team could get in the NFC but Coughlin hit the panic button after a couple of losses and basically sold out the rest of the season.  

Although some might argue that when Strahan and Hamilton(?) went down, that the season was lost anyway... but the point is moot because Eli was thrown in before that happened.  Well, as an eagles fan, I'm glad the giants stink.
