"Vince Young Bowl"?

Images of Tom Brady’s Superbowl drives come to mind when watching Vince Young’s performance at the end of the Rose Bowl. Cool, calm, and collected.

Larry Brown said after a practice last Thursday that “this was much harder than I thought it would be” concerning his pitiful 6-16 New York Knicks. Brown, who last year was sitting pretty with this years most dominant team the Detroit Pistons, decided that even though he had told reporters and interviewees numerous times that Detroit was his last head coaching job that he would change his mind and “stab” Detroit fans in the back.

NBA Eastern Division Preview

The NBA’s upcoming season should be as exciting as it’s been ever, and I have come up with equally exciting predictions. The Heat built up on talent, Larry Brown backstabbed Detroit fans by moving to New York, and the rest of the east is just itching to get started. The new season has brought new division contenders and new dismal teams. This is what I’m looking for to happen in this NBA season in the east.

What Sports Really Mean to America

Hurricane Katrina has devastated cities, Terrorists have destroyed the biggest of buildings, and wars have separated families, but not one force will ever be able to take away sports from the people of America. Sports have always been the shoulder America leans on when we need support. From the time my Grandfather was born until now there hasn’t been a time when sports weren’t a part of everyone’s daily life.

Why Michigan Is So Overrated!

Today I saw something that makes me madder than when I write articles for this site and accidentally delete corrections I’ve made and have to redo them. I saw a #3 team get more dominated than the scoreboard had shown by a #20 ranked team. But the worst part is they were at home. Michigan was rated #3 this year by the AP polls, and do you know why? Well, neither do I. Michigan lost their three best players last year; Braylon Edwards, Marlin Jackson, and Earnest Shazor, who guided this team. But without them, Michigan has shown that they’re nothing.

Brownies- how could you screw up again?

Well once again the Browns have found a way to get screwed over for this season. Me, being a big Browns fan was ecstatic for the new season. We brought in playmakers like Gary Baxter and Rueben Droughns. I love the way Romeo Crennel is molding the team in his image. Everything was looking up for the Browns, until a few days ago. I didn’t think we could’ve messed up another draft after five years of terrible picks. Yet Kellen Winslow has proven me wrong, once again.
