I could not have said it better myself.

He can recruit, but his record in March since 2000 (not including) is something like 4-11 (don’t remember exactly). He has lost 7 of his last 8 to Kentucky and has lost games with the SEC title on the line to Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

LSU Brandon Bass staying in school was HUGE for the Tigers. I think John Brady is a very good coach. Tack Minor could be a star for you guys. LSU will definitely be in the mix for that 5th-6th-7th bid to the dance out of the SEC.

Mississippi State is the best team in the SEC this year. Fans of the Bulldogs have to be waiting for hoops to start because their football team is awful. I feel bad for Sylvester Croom, because I think he is a good coach and will turn the program around.

Billy Donovan You should start a site like that. Take a look at Anthony Roberson, Matt Walsh, and David Lee. The three of them were all McDonald’s All-Americans. You could argue that not only have they not improved since their freshman year in Walsh’s case he may have gotten worse.

Billy’s in-game adjustments are terrible. I remember watching Florida-Manhattan in the tournament. They said the matchup between Bobby Gonzalez and Billy Donovan would be a great chess match. We were sitting at the bar and I turn to my friend and said to him, “No it won’t, Billy’s not half the coach Bobby is.” Sure enough Manhattan spanked Florida. However, if you gave Bobby Gonzalez the team Billy Donovan had in that one, Florida would have won by 30.

LSU Hey I want to know how you think my LSU tigers will do this year. I think they may be the surprise team in the SEC this year or maybe the entire Nation. Nice article.You worked with details very well. I respect your opinion but mine is very different of top 25. Keep on writing.

Great job, right on! Billy Donovan is a horrible game coach. If I knew how to make a non-geocities website, I’d create http://www.firebillydonovan.com. I’ve been wanting him out since the 2001-2002 season. Absolutely terrible.

Well written and keep up the great work.

Just one thing:

You left a word out in your intro

“college basketball season cannot soon enough…………… “

left out be or come, whichever you wanted.

Keep up the good work and I’m glad I’m not the only one who wants Billy Donovan out.
